Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist Float to work in Rockville, Maryland, and surrounding areas. The role performs venipuncture and capillary blood collections, prepares specimens for testing, enters patient data, processes billing and payments, maintains logs, and provides customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with every other Saturday as assigned. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, or at least three months of phlebotomy experience; two years of experience is preferred. The position pays $17.75–$26.00 per hour, includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus for external applicants, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits for regularly scheduled employees.
