Labcorp is hiring a float phlebotomist in Fayetteville, North Carolina to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections, process specimens, enter patient data, handle billing and payments, maintain records, and provide customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or training, or at least six months of phlebotomy experience; one year of experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with rotating Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the position includes travel to additional sites, overtime flexibility, and a $1.00-per-hour float incentive plus mileage reimbursement.
