Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist Float in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role performs venipuncture and capillary blood collections, prepares specimens for testing, enters patient data, processes billing and payments, maintains logs, provides customer service, and travels to additional sites as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and hours varying by location. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, or at least three months of phlebotomy experience; one year of experience is preferred.
