TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist III Float for a three-month temporary assignment covering Wallingford, Meriden, Middletown, and Hamden. The role draws and prepares blood specimens, provides patient-facing service, covers multiple locations and phlebotomy environments, and may lead or mentor other phlebotomists. The schedule is 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and every other Saturday, with Saturday on-call coverage. A high school diploma or equivalent and five years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, are required; medical training and phlebotomy certification are preferred or required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
