Description
The Phlebotomist will perform venipuncture and other specimen collections, label and process specimens, match requisitions, package samples for transport, maintain patient and laboratory records, and follow OSHA, DEP, and laboratory procedures. The role requires state phlebotomy certification, at least six months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced laboratory or hospital setting, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED. It is a temporary position needed due to an extended medical leave.
