Quest is hiring a Phlebotomist II in Encinitas, California, for a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role collects and processes blood specimens, administers oral solutions, verifies orders, enters data, handles billing and payments, maintains logs, and completes training. It requires a state phlebotomy license, three years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, keyboard and data-entry experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record where applicable. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred; certification is required in California, Nevada, and Washington. The pay range is $28.90 to $31.85 per hour, with possible annual performance bonus compensation and benefits for eligible full-time employees.
