Description
The Phlebotomist II collects and processes blood and other specimens, administers oral solutions, verifies orders, enters data, obtains identification, collects payments, and prepares specimens for transport. The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, keyboard and data-entry experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent; medical or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotational weekends and pays $24.50 to $26.25 per hour.
