The Patient Services Representative II represents the company to patients, performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing, verifies patient information and specimen labels, maintains records, and supports a safe, professional environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, and availability for multiple locations, weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred, with certification required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
