Description
The Patient Services Representative II represents Quest Diagnostics at patient-facing sites, including doctor's offices and patient service centers. The role draws quality blood specimens from patients, processes them for laboratory testing, verifies patient information and specimen labels, maintains records, and provides safe, accurate, and confidential service. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and availability for travel, weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred, with certification required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
