The Phlebotomist II Territory role in Columbus, Ohio, provides professional phlebotomy services across assigned Patient Service Centers, Client Offices, and other sites. Responsibilities include venipuncture and capillary draws, patient identification, specimen labeling and processing, data entry, order verification, customer service, billing support, site coverage, and compliance with laboratory and safety procedures. The role requires two years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, travel up to 75%, and phlebotomy certification in California, Nevada, Washington, and Louisiana.
