Description
The Phlebotomist II Territory (Float) provides professional phlebotomy services across assigned Patient Service Centers, Client Offices, and other sites in Indianapolis. The role performs venipuncture and capillary draws, handles complex pediatric, geriatric, and difficult collections, prepares and labels specimens, enters patient and billing data, supports customer service, and travels up to 75% within the territory. It requires two years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and phlebotomy certification in California, Nevada, Washington, and Louisiana; travel, independent work, and strong communication and data-entry skills are also required. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:30 AM to 6:30 PM with rotational weekends, and pay is $20.00 or more per hour.
