Description
The Patient Services Representative III-Floater (PSR III) provides patient-facing phlebotomy and clinical specimen collection and processing, verifies patient information and specimen labels, maintains records, and supports a safe, professional environment. The role may be assigned to a doctor's office, patient service center, or other business locations and requires travel, flexible hours, weekend and holiday availability, and on-call or overtime work. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred; three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, is required.
