Description
Interpath Laboratory is hiring a part-time Phlebotomist/Processor for approximately 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The role performs venipuncture, collects and prepares blood and other specimens, manages patient and specimen data, handles samples for referral laboratories, and follows laboratory safety, HIPAA, Medicare, and quality-assurance requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of phlebotomy or pre-analytical specimen-processing experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and the ability to pass a color-vision test are required; phlebotomy certification is preferred.
