Description
The Patient Services Representative II represents the company to patients, performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing, verifies patient information and specimen labels, maintains records, and supports a safe, professional environment. The role may be assigned to a doctor's office, patient service center, or other business locations and requires flexible availability, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work multiple locations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; medical or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred, and three years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections is required.
