Description
The Phlebotomy Supervisor oversees phlebotomy and laboratory processing staff, supervises blood collection and specimen handling, monitors quality and safety compliance, evaluates equipment and workflows, handles personnel actions, and provides training and continuing education. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, specialized phlebotomy training, three years of phlebotomy experience, CPT certification, and relevant safety training; one year of acute-care supervisory experience is preferred. The annual base salary range is $71,386.00 to $116,865.00.
