Description
Nevada Gold Mines is hiring an Open Pit Driller for its Phoenix Open Pit Operations department. Reporting to the Open Pit Mine Operations Supervisor, the role involves preparing the drill area, monitoring traffic and machinery, and performing other assigned duties. The position requires a valid Nevada driver’s license, the ability to carry at least 50 pounds, strong communication and teamwork skills, a satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance record, and the ability to work rotating night and day schedules. Previous surface drilling or blasting experience and heavy equipment operating experience are preferred.
