Description
Twilio is hiring a remote Phone Numbers Operations Specialist L2 based in India to support global phone number porting operations. The role serves as a customer and ISV point of contact, manages porting projects, responds to carrier notifications, troubleshoots product and service issues, and escalates complex problems to appropriate teams. Candidates need at least three years of operations experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and meet SLAs; telecommunications, financial services, sales, and SQL experience are desired. Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
