Description
A growing cardiology practice is hiring a full-time, entry-level Phone Operator for its Fairhope, Alabama office on the Thomas Hospital campus. The role handles high-volume patient calls, schedules appointments, routes calls, provides accurate appointment and office information, documents communications, and supports front-office workflow. Previous customer service or healthcare experience is preferred, but motivated candidates can be trained. The position is Monday through Friday, day shift, with no weekends and paid holidays.
