Snappr is hiring a Photo Editing Team Lead to manage and grow its Manila photo-editing team, assign and monitor editing work, track projects and SLAs, support special production cases, maintain documentation, communicate with customers, improve team utilization, and mentor creatives. The role requires people-management experience, Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop proficiency, English communication, strong organization, and a strong eye for detail; video editing experience and familiarity with AI tools are bonuses. The position is 100% onsite in Ortigas on a shifting schedule and includes health insurance, transportation allowance, paid time off, meals, and company equity.
