Description
The role develops, optimizes, and maintains photolithography processes for InP wafer fabrication, including i-line, DUV, electron-beam, and contact-alignment systems. Responsibilities include recipe development and verification, yield and process troubleshooting, DOE and SPC experiments, equipment health monitoring, cross-functional process integration, documentation, and mentoring technicians and junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or a related technical field and at least five years of semiconductor photolithography process-engineering experience, with cleanroom and chemical-exposure requirements.
