Thorlabs is seeking a Photonic Instrumentation Product Line Manager (PLM) to drive the commercial success and strategic direction of their Photonic Instrumentation portfolio. This role involves defining and executing product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio optimization initiatives. The PLM will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify growth opportunities, enhance product positioning, and expand revenue streams. Key responsibilities include owning the portfolio, conducting market intelligence, leading NPI governance, and monitoring key performance indicators.
