Optics11 is hiring a Photonics Engineer to develop, integrate, test, and optimize photonic subsystems and components for fiber-optic sensing solutions. The role covers optical measurement, characterization, validation, problem-solving, and collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept through product realization. Candidates need an MSc or BSc in a relevant technical discipline, 1–2 years of industry experience, hands-on optical and fiber-optic testing experience, strong Python skills, and eligibility for EU/NATO security clearance.
