Thorlabs is seeking a Photonics Support Engineer I to provide entry-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers towards optimal product solutions. This role involves supporting various photonics-related fields such as optics, lasers, fiber, opto-mechanics, motion control, microscopy, and telecom instruments. The engineer will engage in customer interaction, attend trade shows, participate in marketing materials development, and contribute to product design improvements.
