Lyte is hiring a Photonics Validation Engineer to validate photonics subsystems and packaged opto-electronic modules. The role involves building automated test benches, designing validation plans, performing optical and electrical measurements, analyzing coherent communication systems, conducting failure analysis, debugging test setups, and supporting the transition of test methods from R&D to manufacturing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or physics field, 3–7 years of photonics validation or optical testing experience, hands-on laboratory equipment and Python or MATLAB data-analysis skills, and knowledge of coherent optical communication.
