Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is hiring a PHP Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment services within a Partial Hospitalization Program, including assessments, individualized treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and clinical documentation. The role works closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team and requires a master’s degree, at least 2 years of behavioral health experience, and licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, or LPC. The position pays $34–44 per hour and serves clients across Kolmac’s Mid-Atlantic footprint.
