Mesa Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a PHP Therapist to provide behavioral health treatment in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves individual, group, and family therapy; treatment, discharge, and after-care planning; patient assessments and documentation; crisis intervention and de-escalation; coordination with physicians, utilization review, nursing, patients, families, and referral sources; and support for authorizations and patient safety. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the position requires a master’s degree in social work or counseling, an unencumbered clinical license, prior psychiatric and chemical dependency patient experience, and CPR/CPI certification within 30 days.
