Parallel Wireless is hiring a Wireless Algorithm Expert to research and design advanced cellular communication algorithms for 5G and beyond products. The role focuses on ML-based physical-layer processing, including neural-network model design and training for channel estimation, signal detection, beamforming, and decoding, with emphasis on real-time inference on embedded platforms. Responsibilities include algorithm development from research and simulation through customer release, benchmarking against traditional DSP approaches, and supporting implementation and integration. Candidates should have at least three years of hands-on experience with deep-learning frameworks and neural-network architectures, along with knowledge of model optimization, wireless communications, and cellular standards.
