Fortis Care is hiring a Physiatry Advanced Practice Provider to round at a partner skilled nursing facility in Savannah, evaluate residents unable to progress with therapy, treat musculoskeletal and neuromuscular barriers through injections, spasticity management, needling, and medication, and coordinate durable functional plans with therapy, nursing, and the attending team.
