Description
Foundry Robotics is hiring a Technical Program Manager to build and operate a robotics data collection program from early task specifications through pre-delivery validation. The role manages the rig fleet, calibrates hardware, defines SOPs and success criteria, curates reference demos, runs QA and dataset reporting, coordinates handoffs and RCA, and maintains data governance and compliance. It requires 3–5 years of program or technical operations experience, hands-on rig calibration, SQL or Python proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with researchers and engineers. The position is based in Emeryville and offers a base salary of $150,000–$250,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
