Inabia Solutions & Consulting is hiring a Physical AI Technical Program Manager to build and lead a new Physical AI team in Boston. The role owns the integrated program plan across hardware builds, lab operations, validation campaigns, and engineering milestones; manages technical, schedule, resource, and dependency risks; coordinates onsite and remote engineering, lab, supply chain, facilities, IT, and partner teams; and establishes program processes, dashboards, reporting cadences, and decision documentation. The position is onsite five days per week, contract W-2, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field plus seven or more years of technical program management experience, including at least three years managing hardware, robotics, or physical-systems programs.
