Description
The Physical Design Engineer will define and drive physical-design methodologies, own one or more physical-design partitions or top-levels, close timing and power consumption, contribute to design methodology, libraries, and code review, and establish physical-design rule sets for functional design engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience, four years of SoC-cycle experience, and experience with advanced, high-performance, high-frequency, and low-power designs. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, VLSI and ASIC experience, System Verilog and TCL skills, and layout-verification experience. The position is based in Tel Aviv or Haifa, Israel, and typically requires in-person interviews.
