UW Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its Home Health department in northern Illinois. The role works a day or evening shift from Sunday through Saturday, 0800–1700, with possible shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Applicants must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program, hold a current Illinois license, have Basic Life Support/CPR certification, and possess a valid driver’s license.
