Physical Plant Manager at Springbrook

Springbrook is hiring a full-time Physical Plant Manager to oversee the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned facilities. The role manages direct staff, coordinates janitorial and preventive and corrective maintenance, supports budget development, maintains service inventory, enforces agency policies, and ensures compliance with safety and health standards. Candidates need a high school diploma, an associate degree preferred, at least five years of maintenance or related experience including two to three years in a supervisory role, computer proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift 70 pounds and drive a Springbrook vehicle as needed.
