Physical Security Command Center Operator at Citizens

The Physical Security Command Center (PSCC) at Citizens is seeking a third-shift security operations professional to monitor alarms, calls, emails, and alerts; dispatch emergency services; support physical security systems and third-party emergency notification tools; and complete administrative tasks tied to audit, regulatory, and internal procedures. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, independent judgment, technology proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a 24x7 team environment supporting multiple sites including branches, admin buildings, back offices, home lending, and remote ATMs.
