Description

Control Risks is partnering with a technology-centric global household brand to recruit an experienced Physical Security Systems Administrator supporting enterprise security technology across the APAC region. The role administers and troubleshoots Genetec Security Center, including Synergis access control and video surveillance, manages security devices and system upgrades, handles Zendesk service requests, supports testing and commissioning, and coordinates with global teams, vendors, installers, and site stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of experience with enterprise physical security systems, strong networking and information security knowledge, and excellent project management and collaboration skills.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of professional experience programming, administering, and supporting enterprise physical security systems.
Experience administering and troubleshooting cameras, access control panels, and integrated security devices.
Experience managing concurrent service requests, maintenance activities, and security system deployment projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications: Genetec Security Center technical certification, such as SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-002.
Knowledge of network architecture and information security concepts, including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, MAC addresses, VPNs, firewalls, and Active Directory/domains.
Strong project management, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global teams, vendors, installers, and technology partners.
