The Physical Security Systems Manager will support global Security Regional Directors by providing technical guidance on the installation, upgrade, maintenance, and design review of physical security systems across a client estate. The role focuses on embedding security into the system development lifecycle, conducting risk/vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, collaborating with engineering, real estate, IT security, and site teams, and developing standards, corrective actions, documentation, and training for technical security systems.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience implementing physical security programs in complex environments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with physical security systems and technology
Experience developing and implementing security standards and procedures
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Training and guidance delivery experience
Project management and people leadership experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
