Amazon is hiring a Physical Space Program Manager to lead global space planning initiatives for Worldwide Operations and business partners. The role partners with executive assistants, business leaders, and Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities to define space requirements, plan for growth, improve headcount forecasting, coordinate moves and MAC processes, manage dashboards and capacity models, and balance employee experience with cost and business needs. It requires at least three years of program or project management experience, data-driven improvement experience, and cross-functional collaboration, and is open to internal and external candidates.
