Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, assisting patients with exercises, functional activities, and therapeutic equipment. They will monitor patient progress, educate patients and families on home exercise programs, and maintain equipment and supplies.
