The role includes developing and administering treatment plans, performing manual exercises, assisting patients with mobility and supportive devices, documenting care in Axxess, and collaborating with the medical team. The position requires an associate degree, PTA license or certification, knowledge of home health care, an active driver's license, and a reliable vehicle; entry-level experience is welcomed.
