AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant in Ashburn, Virginia, for an independent outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. The role provides follow-up treatments, implements and progresses individualized plans of care, guides patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities, monitors responses, collects objective measurements, documents care, and communicates with patients and the clinical team. The position offers approximately 12–20 hours per week on recurring weekday blocks, with school-day hours available and no weekend requirement, and pays $32–$38 per hour based on experience and schedule commitment.
