Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its new Milwaukee-area skilled nursing partnership in Muskego, Wisconsin. The role provides skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, including individualized treatment plans, mobility and balance training, patient education, progress monitoring, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation. Applicants must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold a current Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license or be eligible for licensure.
