Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Wilton, Iowa, to provide skilled physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The role involves implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Applicants must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state; experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
