Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join their team in Johnstown, PA. The PTA will assist in providing high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an in-house skilled nursing facility, working under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, evaluating residents, assisting in goal setting, implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and educating residents and families.
