Evolve Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Titusville, PA. The PTA will assist in providing high-quality physical therapy services under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, conducting screenings, evaluations, and implementing treatment plans. Responsibilities include monitoring resident responses, assisting with scheduling, educating residents and families, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
