Pediatrics Plus is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physician-prescribed physical therapy treatment to children from birth through age 21 under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role involves delivering therapy across home, daycare, school, outpatient, and community settings; managing caseload scheduling; maintaining electronic documentation and reports; coordinating with families, administration, and other disciplines; participating in conferences and professional development; and demonstrating continued growth in therapeutic skills. Candidates need an unrestricted Arkansas physical therapist assistant license, strong communication, organization, computer, documentation, multitasking, and attendance skills, and the ability to meet the physical demands of pediatric therapy.
