The Shores, a United Methodist Communities community in Ocean City, New Jersey, is hiring a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver therapy interventions and exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role supports residents with mobility, strengthening, balance, and functional activity programs; monitors progress; communicates concerns; encourages rehabilitation; and completes treatment documentation. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, hold an active unrestricted New Jersey license, and have prior experience in a sub-acute rehabilitation or home health therapy setting.
