21st Century Rehab, PC is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist with a Women's Health emphasis. The role provides one-on-one physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans in an outpatient setting, participates in care planning and interdisciplinary communication, maintains accurate records, and communicates with patients, families, and care teams. Applicants must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program and be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa; new graduates are welcome.
