Physical Therapist at Blue Stone Therapy

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join their team. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric individuals in both skilled nursing facility (SNF) and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include conducting screenings and evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, supervising physical therapist assistants, maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
