Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Chariton Specialty Care in Chariton, IA. This role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing care plans, implementing treatment programs focusing on improving gait, balance, mobility, strength, range of motion, pain management, and functional independence. The therapist will supervise assistants, maintain schedules, document accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
