Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting at Dow Rummel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The role includes developing care plans, providing gait, balance, mobility, strength, range-of-motion, and pain-management treatment, supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, maintaining patient schedules, documenting care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The position may require travel between partner communities, including Parkview Manor in Ellsworth, Minnesota. Applicants need graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in an applicable state; skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation experience is preferred.
